Radical transparency — verified on the blockchain
We believe healthcare technology should be honest by design. That's why every action on TelePortUs is recorded in a tamper-proof audit chain, and every day we publish a cryptographic fingerprint of that record to the Bitcoin blockchain — so nobody, not even us, can quietly alter history.
1 · Every action logged
Every access to patient data — who, what, when — is written to an audit chain. Each entry contains the hash of the entry before it.
2 · Chained like a ledger
Change one record and every record after it breaks. Altering history is mathematically impossible without being detected.
3 · Anchored to Bitcoin daily
Every day at 2 AM, the latest chain fingerprint is published to the Bitcoin blockchain — a public record nobody controls.
4 · Verifiable by anyone
Anyone can independently verify the fingerprint matches our audit chain. Transparency isn't claimed — it's provable.
The public audit ledger
Updated automatically every morning from the public receipts repo · each fingerprint is embedded in the Bitcoin blockchain

This ledger is fetched live from our public receipts repository ( github.com/totuslifeservices-ux/teleport-audit) and mirrors the receipts stored at audit-anchors/. Each fingerprint is a SHA-256 hash — no patient information ever leaves our systems; only the proof that our records are untampered.
What this means for you
Your information is protected by design
Names and records are never used in links or URLs — only opaque identifiers. The names themselves are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and locked behind your provider's account.
If something happens, you'd know
The audit chain records every access to your information. Any unauthorized attempt is logged, chained, and anchored — and the daily Bitcoin fingerprint makes retroactive cover-ups impossible.
Honesty you can verify, not just trust
Most platforms ask you to take their word for it. We publish the proof. That's the difference between claiming transparency and being transparent.
Verify it yourself — no account needed
You don't have to take our word for it. Anyone can independently check that our audit records haven't been tampered with, in three steps:
Step 1 — Pick today's fingerprint from the ledger above
Copy the 64-character hash for any date. Each one is the fingerprint of our entire audit chain on that day.
Step 2 — Open a public Bitcoin explorer (free, no signup)
Services like mempool.space or blockchain.com let anyone look at any Bitcoin transaction. No account, no cost, no personal information.
Step 3 — Verify with the official OpenTimestamps tool
Install the free open-source tool (pip install opentimestamps) and run: ots verify audit-anchors/<date>.ots — it checks the fingerprint against the actual Bitcoin blockchain and confirms the date it was published.
Full technical details for auditors: the receipts live in our public repository under audit-anchors/, the hashes are SHA-256, and the anchoring uses the open OpenTimestamps protocol (the same method used to timestamp academic papers and software releases). The ledger above is updated daily by an automated process.
Our transparency commitment
This page is our public commitment to honest record-keeping. The audit chain records that actions happened — who accessed what, and when — but it does not and cannot expose the content of any patient information. Names, notes, and records remain encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and are never part of the published fingerprints. Nothing on this page should be read as a claim of certification by any regulator; we publish this voluntarily because we believe transparency is the right way to earn trust.

Support this service
Keep the audit anchored and the servers running
Our audit anchoring currently runs on the free OpenTimestamps pool — a donation-funded community service that confirms slowly (often days to weeks). Your donation would fund the paid instant-anchor option so every daily fingerprint verifies on the Bitcoin blockchain the same day, plus the server and hosting costs that keep this service running for everyone.
To be fully transparent: donations are voluntary, fund operations, and are not tax-deductible — Totus Life Services is not a charity. Every satoshi goes toward keeping the transparency infrastructure alive.

Thank you for helping keep transparency verifiable — by everyone, forever.
